We are so happy to announce that our sophomore album, "I Go Where You Go" is officially out and available! I don't think our release show could have possibly been any more amazing! With the city of Saint John's support, we played to a sold out crowd at the iconic Imperial Theatre in the city's uptown. Not only were we on the best stage in the city - we were joined by our dream team of East Coast musicians who also lent their talents on our record: Ray Legere on fiddle and mandolin, Andrew Sneddon on dobro, Dillon Robichaud on banjo, and Remi Arsenault on bass. Both Dillon and Remi also play in Moncton's beloved honkey tonk band (and one of our faves!!), The Backyard Devils. Check them out here.
There is no way we could have achieved filling that theatre without our generous sponsors: 97.3 The Wave, Country 94, Sussex Beard Oil Merchants, Duncan's Electrical Ltd., and Kents Building Supplies.
I don't know when we will come down from this exhilaration. Saint John, you have filled our hearts. As for future dates, we have release shows coming up in Halifax (June 18th at The Company House), Fredericton (July 14th at Corked Wine Bar), and you can keep track of our festival appearances on our tour page here.
We also have a brand new video up for the album's first single, "Ain't Dead Yet" on our youtube channel! Check it out right here :) The video was done by Jordan Mattie Visualsand features our studio and home at Porchlight Studios as well as some sweet venues like The Mack Theatre in PEI and the Saint John Theatre Company's BMO Studio Theatrein uptown Saint John. Let us know what you think!
Thank you all for all of your love and support! We really wanted to give everyone an experience at our release show...turns out, you gave it to us...and we will never forget it!
Much love,
Lisa & John
